You enter cottage 1 by the front door which opens on to a large courtyard which also serves as a car park.
To your right is the kitchen area featuring electric hob and oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dish washer, large refrigerator, sink unit, and a good supply of fitted cupboards.
To your left is the dining and generously proportioned sitting area featuring exposed beams, which is lightened by the sophisticated concealed lighting.
A small door gives access to the private terrace and lawn for this property which adjoins the pool area.
Stairs from the end of the kitchen area lead to an upstairs landing to provide access to bedroom 1 featuring one king size double bed, bedroom 2 with 2 140cm double beds and bedroom 3 with two 90cm single beds.

The bathroom has a shower, WC and wash hand basin and includes a heated towel rail. A constant supply of hot water is included in the tariff.
