To load the booking form you must have Adobe
Reader Version 7 (or higher) installed on your computer.
If you do not have Adobe Reader software click the link provided to download and install a free copy.
If you prefer you can contact me and ask for a form to be sent by post or by e-mail.

MAKING PAYMENTS - I regret that I am unable to take card payments on line or by telephone. Please see the booking form for payment instructions.
CONFIRMATION - Once your form and payment have been received I will send written confirmation to you by post. Please contact me if you do not receive this confirmation within 7 working days of submitting your booking.
If you book on-line we will also confirm by e-mail that we have received your application. This acknowledgement e-mail is NOT a formal confirmation of booking.
