As an alternative you can print, and then scan the
completed form, attach it to an e-mail and send it to

MAC users -
the application requires
you to have the latest version of Adobe Reader for MAC
(version 8.2 for Intel or Version 9 for Power PC)
installed. Please complete the form, save it to your
computer with a unique name,
and then attach it to an
e-mail which should be sent to bookings@la-bosniere.com
PC users: To load the booking form
users must have Adobe Reader Version 7 (or higher)
installed on your computer, although use of more recent
versions is recommended.

PAYMENTS - I regret that I am unable to
take card payments on line or by telephone. Please see the

CONFIRMATION
- Once
your form and payment have been received I will send written confirmation to
you by post. Please contact me
if you do not receive this confirmation within 7 working days of
submitting a postal booking.
If
you book on-line we will confirm by e-mail that we have received
your application, although please note that this e-mail is not a
formal confirmation of booking.
